Since its founding, We have provided products and services based on peace of mind and trust, and have contributed in a small way to the development of the industry as a pioneer of mail-order companies.

Although the Group may still be viewed as a mail-order company due to its corporate origins, its business structure has changed significantly.
The solutions business, which we have been focusing on as a new pillar of the group since FY2023, has grown to account for about one-third of consolidated net sales, and is steadily evolving into a business entity that is no longer confined to a mere B2C mail-order company.

We have clearly set forth the goal and direction of our Medium-to Long-Term Vision of becoming “A true Marketing Solution Company (MSC)” that is unique and highly profitable, not belonging to any other company in the industry, during the five-year period ending in FY2029, the 90th anniversary of our founding, as an important time for us to become a company that will last 100 years and beyond. We have clearly stated our goal and direction.We will do our utmost to manage the company to achieve this Medium-to Long-Term Vision.
