We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders for their continued support.

Our Group has positioned the direct marketing skills and know-how we have cultivated over the years as value we can provide to customers. We have worked to optimize our business portfolio, centered on our solutions business, and promote effective responsibility management. At the same time, we have taken on the challenge of expanding our business domain beyond the direct marketing market, and have sought to evolve into a marketing solutions company (MSC).

In terms of business performance, we achieved an increase in both sales and profits for the first time in four years, thanks to the expansion of our growth driver solutions business and the rebuilding of our e-commerce business.

Going forward, we will not only expand our business domain, but also pursue originality in the marketing solutions field and improve our profitability. We will continue to work toward creating unique businesses that meet customer needs and evolving into a highly profitable corporate entity (A true MSC) in the medium to long term.
